Day 2 at Spa-Francorchamps

Having scoped out the track yesterday we had a good idea of where on the track we needed to be to get  good view of the cars and a big screen. So we set the alarm for 5am and made our way to the track.

Having arrived well before any of the crowds we found our spot and enjoyed the mornings racing. On track today was the Formula 2, 3 and Porsche Super cup and of course the F1 Qualifying.

Hamilton beat Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel to first place in Saturday’s qualifying session. It is the 68th pole of Hamilton’s F1 career, matching Michael Schumacher’s outright pole-position record.

And we were there to see it!
